    We are seeking a Finance Officer - Accounting to join our Finance Team in Head Office Wayville. The Finance Officer - Accounting will be responsible for a variety of activities, including backup to the Finance Officers of Accounts Receivable and Payable and trialling and assessment of equipment testing records.

    Reporting to the Manager Finance you will have:

    • Experience in the processing of creditor transactions in an electronic Financial Management system
    • Sound reconciliation skills
    • Sound communication skills to deal with a variety of stakeholders
    • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programmes including:
    •  Intermediate to advanced knowledge and application of Microsoft Excel
    •  Intermediate to advanced knowledge and application of Microsoft Word
    • Flexibility to undertake other accounting duties as required including the processing of daily bank statement entries
    • Ability to work effectively in and contribute positively to a team environment
    • Experience in dealing with supplier documentaton
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Adaptable to new tasks and willingness to undertake necessary training, education and development
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
    • Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work in a consultative manner, establish and sustain effective working relationships at all levels
    • Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.

    Experience with varous accounting software packages is desirable for this position.

    HR/Payroll Data Analyst

The HR/Payroll Data Analyst will work closely with our HR & Ignite teams as well as the ICT team during the life of this project.

    Key tasks will include:

    • Facilitating and gathering information from stakeholders to understand their needs and detailed requirements
    • Document business requirements
    • Analysing, interpreting, and presenting data for decision making related to enterprise agreements and payroll related data
    • Analyse and identify any potential variances that need to be reconciled prior to migration
    • Work closely with the business to cleanse data and carry out data migration.
    • Assist with UAT, documenting and resolving data discrepancies Document standard operation procedures & work instructions for the new process and provide necessary training to the payroll processing team.
    • Manage requirements scope in accordance with project scope and objectives

    The successful applicant must have superior communication skills, a strong customer service focus and the ability to relate to all levels of staff with varying levels of computer literacy.

    Experience with the following is essential:

    • Experience implementing a payroll system, preferably Preceda.
    • Experience with HR System data migrations, preferably Peoplestreme
    • Demonstrated, strong payroll systems and configuration experience
    • Detailed understanding of payroll calculations, deductions, disbursements
    • Payroll experience within the Not For Profit sector

    We are frequently looking for Enrolled Nurses across our residential facilities throughout Adelaide with a variety of shifts available.

    Our Enrolled Nurses work in a caring and supportive environment focused on delivering quality care to our residents.

    You will be required to:

    • Provide quality nursing and personal care services to residents
    • Contribute to the assessment of resident needs
    • Implement care plans delegated by the Registered Nurse
    • Ensure professional and articulate communication with residents and staff

    Provide support and assistance to maintain high standard services for residents
    You will have current registration with AHPRA together with empathy and understanding toward the needs of older people. You will also have the ability to manage your time effectively and possess excellent communication skills.
